Understanding and defining your core values is the first step in your leadership journey. We being with an exploratory session to discuss your goals and expectations.

​

Once we establish mutually agreed upon terms, we will engage in twice monthly, hour long sessions, either in person or by video chat. During these sessions we will explore any topic ranging from business strategy, personal development, team management, scalability, etc. Using your previously defined core values, we will utilize your strengths to become a strong, successful leader.

In addition to the twice monthly sessions, there is opportunity for catch up calls in between sessions and there is always open communication.
